TEST & INTERVIEW

All Children seeking admission will be asked to come along with their parents for an interview. An Entrance Exam will be conducted for all those who are seeking admission from Std 1 to Std X. Admission will be granted on the basis of the marks scored in the test. All students of KG II section will have to apply for re-admission to Std I.

Admission for Std XI will be started soon after the publication of results by the CBSE board. If selected they should come for the interview on the specified date and time with their parents and bring the following documents.

Copy of the Birth Certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Copy of Adhar card Documents.

Transfer Certificate (only after admission is guaranteed).

Original Certificate and Mark list of the qualifying examination.

Conduct Certificate.

Two passport size photographs.

NB: All the documents mentioned above are to be submitted to the office at the time of admission.

NBV aims to mold the character and develop them into good citizens . Discipline is the hallmark of good citizen and disciplined behavior should be cultivated by all. In this respect , irregularity in attendance is considered a serious matter. If leave is absolutely necessary, permission for it should be sought by the parent, by his/her signed request in the school diary. Absence for health reasons for 15 days or more must have the backing of a reliable Medical Certificate issued by a competent doctor

Being late to school is a sign of indifference and indiscipline, as well as a disturbance to the whole class . Persistent late attendance will render the student liable for disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion from the school.

Since the medium of instruction is English as well as the proficiency in the language is Indispensable for a rewarding career later, all students are requested to speak only English at school and on the school bus.

Class tests and examinations must be taken in the right spirit , Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole work of the pupil (academic performance ) The aggregate marks obtained by the pupil, which is based on the performance of the pupil during the entire year, will be taken into account at the time of promotion. Any malpractice in tests or examinations is a serious matter and the culprit will face disciplinary action including expulsion form the school.

  • For the convenience of those who prefer instalment payment, the total fee for twelve months is divided into three instalments, payable in June-Septemeber and January.
  • The fee can be remitted at the Catholic Syrian Bank Nalanchira.
  • The fee rates and other details of the fee will be published on the school Notice Board.
  • Please note that the bank's working time is from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
  • Please pay all fees on time and avoid the late fine, Defaulters will have to pay a fine of Rs. 25 for each month.
  • All dues must be cleared before the beginning of the examinations.
