•  Dove - It symbolises the Spirit of God, the source of all wisdom. Wisdom is the gift of God that enables one to use knowledge to its full potential.
•  Hands - It folded in respect for the Guru, who imparts knowledge and enlightens. It is also the sign of obedience to the Supreme Guru - God.
•  Spikes - Wheat depict the fruit of labour and highlights that all work - physical, intellectual and spiritual - is to be respected. It also symbolises prosperity in life.
•  Oil Lamps - It spreading light prove that sharing loses nothing.
•  Radiance - the centre depicts the ultimate union - the union of human effort from below and blessing of the Ultimate from the above. At this union one attains fullness.
